Payment of registration fees must be made in TRY or USD after completing the registration process.
Bank Transfer:
Please ensure that the name of the Organizer and participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent by email at submission@futuremedicalpioneers.org
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (30 EUR) will not be refunded.
• Prior to April 12th, 2021 – Full refund
• Cancellations received between April 12th to April 30th, 2021– 50% refund
• From April 30th, 2021– no refund will be made
